Pickup
A staff member will notify you as soon as possible when your products or services are completed and ready for pickup. It is not required to make payment online before pickup or customer approval. We ask that all items be picked up within 10 business days of being notified of completion.
Delivery fee
Our minimum delivery fee is typically $250. This cost will vary with the distance and the size of the order being delivered. If delivery is needed, it is best to discuss this before accepting an estimate. If custom built items are being delivered, we may ask for an on-site review and approval before delivery.
Storage fee
After notification of completed products or services, you have 10 business days to pick up your items. After 10 business days, we will charge a minimum of $25 per week as a "Safe Storage Fee". If you have not picked up your items after 4 weeks, we will contact you to arrange delivery for a minimum $250 charge.
Disposal of items
If you do not agree to the delivery or storage fee and items are not picked up after 60 days, we reserve the right to sell, dispose of, or otherwise remove your items from our possession. You will not be refunded for any expenses.
Please understand, these are not policies that we like to or want to enforce. However, we are a small business with limited storage space, and delayed pickups of finished items reduce our capacity to complete projects for our customers in a timely manner and reduce the overall satisfaction of our customers and our efficiency as a business.
